How we work

A process with no black box

You see working software every week from week three. Here is exactly what happens between signature and launch — every phase, every deliverable, nothing hidden.

The playbook

Six phases from signature to launch

Every engagement follows the same tested arc. The depth of each phase flexes to fit your project — the transparency never does.

  1. DiscoverWeek 1–2

We learn your business before we touch a keyboard

Every engagement starts with your numbers, your workflows, and your customers — not our tech preferences. We interview the people who will live in the software, map the current process end to end, and identify where software actually changes the economics.

    • Stakeholder and end-user interviews
    • Workflow shadowing and process mapping
    • Technical audit of existing systems and data
    • Success metrics defined in business terms (revenue, hours, error rates)

    What you get

A scoped product plan in plain English — yours to keep even if we never work together.

  2. DesignWeek 2–4

See the product before we build it

High-fidelity, clickable prototypes come before production code. You and your team walk the real flows, we test with actual end users, and we iterate while changes cost hours instead of weeks. Architecture is designed in parallel so the design is never a promise engineering can't keep.

    • UX flows and high-fidelity interface design
    • Clickable prototype testing with real users
    • System architecture and data-model design
    • Integration and security planning

    What you get

An approved prototype and a technical blueprint — the contract for what gets built.

  3. BuildWeek 3 onward

    Working software every single week

We ship in weekly sprints, and every Friday you see working software — not status decks. A staging environment is yours from week one; you click what we built, we adjust course while course-correcting is cheap. Automated tests and CI/CD guard every merge.

    • Weekly sprint cycles with Friday demos
    • Continuous deployment to your staging environment
    • Automated test coverage on every feature
    • Transparent tracker access — see every task, always

    What you get

A staging product that grows every week, with demo recordings you can share internally.

  4. HardenFinal 2 weeks

Break it before your customers can

Before launch we attack the product: load testing at multiples of expected traffic, security review against OWASP standards, accessibility checks, and real-device testing. Launch day should be boring — this phase is why it will be.

    • Load and stress testing beyond projected peak
    • Security review and penetration checklist (OWASP)
    • Cross-device, cross-browser, and accessibility passes
    • Data migration rehearsals with rollback plans

    What you get

A launch-readiness report: what we tested, what we found, what we fixed.

  5. LaunchLaunch week

Go live with a team in the room

Cutover runs from a written playbook with rollback at every step. Our engineers monitor in real time through the first days of production traffic, and your team gets training and documentation — videos, runbooks, and admin guides, not a PDF nobody reads.

    • Scripted go-live with staged rollout and rollback points
    • Real-time monitoring through launch window
    • Team training sessions and recorded walkthroughs
    • Documentation: admin guides, runbooks, architecture notes

    What you get

A live product, a trained team, and 30 days of included post-launch support.

  6. GrowOngoing

Software that compounds instead of decays

Launch is the starting line. Usage data starts answering questions the roadmap only guessed at — so we review the numbers with you monthly, prioritize what provably matters, and keep shipping. Most clients continue on a retainer; all of them keep the roadmap we build together.

    • Monthly metric reviews against the original success criteria
    • Iterative feature releases driven by real usage data
    • Dependency, security, and performance upkeep
    • Quarterly roadmap planning with a senior architect

    What you get

A living product roadmap and a team that already knows your business.

The weekly rhythm

What every single week includes

From week three until launch, this cadence does not slip. It is how you always know exactly what your money bought this week.

Friday demo of working software

Every Friday you watch the real product do real things — live on staging, never in a slide deck.

Staging access

A URL your whole team can open. Click through what we built this week, any hour you like.

Transparent task tracker

Every task, estimate, and status visible to you at all times. No filtered summaries, no surprises.

Direct channel to the builders

You talk to the engineers writing your code — not an account manager relaying notes between rooms.

Miss a Friday demo? It’s recorded and in your inbox before the weekend.

Tooling

You’ll live in tools you already know

No proprietary client portal, no new logins to learn. The whole engagement runs in the stack your team already opens every day.
