A commission-free ordering platform for a multi-location restaurant group
An example build for a multi-location restaurant group
Third-party delivery apps take 25–30% of every order. For a multi-location restaurant group, we build an ordering platform — web and mobile — designed to move delivery volume off commission apps and keep the margin in the business.

The challenge
Picture a six-location restaurant group with a third of revenue flowing through third-party delivery apps charging 25–30% commission — on those orders, the restaurants barely break even.
There's no direct digital channel: no unified menu system, no customer data (the platforms keep it), and no way to reward regulars. Each location juggles its own tablet farm of delivery apps, and menu changes take days to propagate.
The approach
A build like this starts in the restaurants — watching orders arrive, kitchen tickets print, and staff juggle tablets during Friday rush. The system has to survive a 200-ticket dinner service, not just a demo.
We design a single menu-management core feeding every channel: the web ordering site, iOS and Android apps, and in-store kiosks. Kitchen sequencing, out-of-stock toggles, and location-specific pricing are first-class features, not afterthoughts.
